Harry comes to school

On Wednesday my rabbit came to room 9.  He is white and fluffy. He sat on my knee. Everyone gave him a pat and a feed.  My pet rabbit is amazing.

The Kunekune Pigs

On Monday,we met some pigs. They were fuzzy and cute. Two of the pigs, Grizzle and Lilly scratched their backs on Caite's wheelchair. The pigs ate pellets and grass. We found out that the littlest pig was the boss. Dusty was the biggest and the eldest. They were strong and cute. The biggest pig weighed 20kg. Lilly is only one month old, Dusty is 3 months old and Grizzle was 1 and 1/2 months old.

Today we have been working on our self portraits.
We are making them out of paper! Here are some photos of them so far.

Our first week!

We have done some totally awesome art. It is our name reflected, we did it in crazy writing.
Yesterday we went to the hall, and met Jude, who was going to Antartica. She was going there because that was her dream. We have gone to the library. Our library day is Thursday.
We read a book about a tree hut treaty, and had an idea to write a Room 9 Treaty. We have said we will use our Surfer Values, and that we want to feel appreciated in Room 9.

Room 9 has done some awesome, amazing handwriting! Saskia is our star of the week. She gets to take home Skipper our class penguin!
